Community access
A fuller week, chosen by the person living it
Support to get out, take part and build the routines that make a week feel worthwhile — in and around Geelong.
How it works
Interests first, activities second
We start by finding out what someone actually enjoys — not a generic activity list. From there we plan a mix of regular commitments and new experiences, with the level of support adjusted to the setting and the person's confidence.
Support workers are matched thoughtfully, and outings are reviewed with the person so the plan keeps improving. Where goals involve skills like travel training or budgeting, we build those into real activities rather than separate lessons.
