Accessibility Statement

We want this website and our services to be usable by as many people as possible, and we welcome feedback where they fall short.

Website accessibility

This site is built with accessibility in mind, aiming to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable. That includes:

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page
  • Keyboard access to all navigation, forms and interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Colour contrast that meets AA targets for body text and controls
  • Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens
  • Forms with clear labels, help text and error messages

Alternative formats

If you would like information from this site in another format — large print, plain language, Easy Read style summaries, or read over the phone — contact us and we will do our best to help. We can also arrange interpreting where needed.

Property and program accessibility

Accessibility and mobility requirements are considered individually. We encourage prospective residents and allied health professionals to inspect the property and discuss environmental or equipment needs before an offer.

For youth programs and community access, we plan for mobility, sensory, dietary, communication and medical needs before an activity runs.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or documents supplied by other organisations, may not fully meet the same standards. If you strike a barrier, tell us and we will provide the information another way.

Give us feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome and treated as a priority. Contact us on 0476 027 390, email info@solaralivingcare.com.au, or use our feedback form.
