Solara Living Care provides personalised accommodation, Individualised Living Options, Concierge Living, community access and youth development programs in Geelong. Our services are designed to help people build independence, strengthen daily living skills and become more connected with their community.

We welcome NDIS participants, private clients and referrals from families, schools, health professionals and community organisations.

You can contact our team by phone, email or through the website enquiry form. We will arrange an initial conversation to understand the person’s goals, support needs, preferred living arrangement and funding.

Where appropriate, we will then arrange a property tour and complete a suitability and compatibility assessment before progressing to an offer, service agreement and move-in plan.

Ryrie Street is divided into three separately accessed living sections, each offering a combination of private bedrooms, living areas, kitchens and shared spaces.

Solara’s Concierge Living Model provides planned, flexible support while allowing residents to maintain independence, privacy and control over their routines.

Support hours, staff availability and individual assistance are agreed according to the person’s goals, assessed needs, funding and signed service agreement. The Concierge Living Model is not the same as SIL and does not require SIL funding.

Yes, our purpose-built facility in Geelong is designed to be fully accessible, providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for all participants.

Yes, family visits are encouraged. We believe that family support plays an essential role in the healing and growth process

Rooms may be provided fully furnished with essential bedroom items, and residents are welcome to bring approved personal belongings to make the space feel like home.

Rent, board, utilities, groceries, furnishings and NDIS-funded supports are treated separately. The exact inclusions, optional arrangements and charges are clearly explained before agreements are signed.

Support is personalised around the resident’s goals, routines, approved funding and service agreement. This may include assistance with cooking, household routines, appointments, community access, skill development and social participation.

Residents can also choose from planned outings, activities and house-based programs. Participation is based on personal choice, suitability, available resources and the individual support arrangement.
